Position: Front of House (FOH) Manager - Mont-Tremblant (Resort Location)

Location: 161 Ch. du Cure-Deslauriers, Mont-Tremblant QC (2h drive from Ottawa)

Salary: CA$80,000 - CA$120,000 per year + serious tips

Housing: Subsidized staff housing (15 min away by staff shuttle/bus)

Responsibilities

Lead FOH operations: service, guest experience, cash, ambience Recruit, train, schedule and motivate staff (servers, hosts, cashiers) Keep service standards high and the vibe fun (but professional) Drive sales & labor results, uphold MAPAQ & QC labour rules Work closely with GM on launch, staffing, and daily performance
Requirements

2-4 yrs FOH management experience Strong leadership, communication and service instincts Bilingual French/English required (Mandarin a plus) MAPAQ + Smart Serve (or QC-equivalent) certifications required Experience opening new locations a strong asset
