Gerant(e) de la Repartition
. Relevant directement de la Vice-Presidente des Operations, le/la Gerant(e) de la Repartition sera responsable de superviser une equipe de repartiteurs, tout en veillant au bon deroulement des operations et au maintien des normes elevees en matiere de securite et de service. Le candidat ideal possede une solide experience en gestion, combinee a une expertise dans l'industrie du transport.
Principales responsabilites :
Diriger et gerer une equipe de 17 repartiteurs, en veillant au bon deroulement des operations et a la realisation des objectifs dans le cadre de la repartition du transport de LTL, de fourgonnettes, de conteneurs et de camions porteurs
Fournir un mentorat, une formation et un coaching aux repartiteurs, en favorisant un environnement d'equipe positif et efficace
Superviser la repartition et la planification proactive afin de garantir la ponctualite des livraisons et l'optimisation des ressources
Controler les performances des conducteurs, la securite et le respect des regles en collaboration avec l'equipe de Conformite
Maintenir des registres precis dans le systeme TMS et s'assurer que les feuilles de route sont mises a jour et completees avant la fin de chaque periode
Communiquer efficacement avec les repartiteurs, les conducteurs, les clients et les autres departements afin de resoudre les problemes et d'ameliorer les processus
Planifier la croissance de l'entreprise, les fluctuations saisonnieres et les vacances tout en cherchant a reduire les couts entre les differents segments de la repartition
Verifier et ameliorer les performances des chauffeurs et des repartiteurs par le biais de la formation continue et d'evaluations regulieres
Effectuer toutes autres taches requises pour assurer l'efficacite des operations
Principaux objectifs
Ameliorer l'experience clients en augmentant la ponctualite et en reduisant les ramassages manquees, les replanifications et les retards de facturation
Ameliorer les arrets par heure et l'efficacite operationnelle globale grace a une planification et a des audits proactifs
Favoriser le travail d'equipe et une meilleure communication au sein de l'equipe de repartition et avec les autres departements
Qualifications requises
Bilinguisme obligatoire (francais et anglais)
Diplome en Transport et Logistique ou dans un domaine connexe
5+ annees d'experience en Repartition
3+ annees d'experience en Gestion (un atout)
Excellentes competences en resolution de problemes et en analyse
Solides aptitudes en communication et en organisation

Dispatch Manager
. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Dispatch Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of dispatchers while ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high safety and service standards. The ideal candidate has strong management experience combined with expertise in the transport industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 17 dispatchers, ensuring smooth operations and achieving goals across LTL, van, container, and straight truck dispatch
Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to dispatchers, fostering a positive and efficient team environment
Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and proactive planning to ensure on-time deliveries and resource optimization
Monitor driver performance, safety, and compliance in collaboration with the Compliance team
Maintain accurate records in the TMS system and ensure road sheets are updated and completed by the end of each shift
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, clients, and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Plan for business growth, seasonal fluctuations, and vacations while seeking cost-saving efficiencies across dispatch segments
Audit and improve driver and dispatcher performance through continuous training and regular evaluations
Perform any other required tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Key Objectives
Enhance customer experience by increasing punctuality and reducing missed pickups, rescheduling, and billing delays
Improve stops per hour and overall operational efficiency through proactive planning and audits
Foster teamwork and better communication within the dispatch team and across other departments
Required Qualifications
Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English)
Degree in Transportation and Logistics or a related field
5+ years of Dispatching experience
3+ years of Management experience (an asset)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
