: Directeur des operations de l'entrepot

L'Agent(e) de Dispatching fait preuve de proactivite, est un(e) bon(ne) joueur(se) d'equipe et possede d'excellentes competences en communication.


Responsabilites :




S'assurer que tous les paiements en attente soient traites 48 heures avant la livraison. Prendre en charge tous les messages des le debut de chaque service et y repondre rapidement. Repondre immediatement a tous les appels pour garantir un service de qualite. Repondre aux appels des chauffeurs et transmettre rapidement tout probleme lie a un defaut de produit necessitant l'intervention d'un(e) technicien(ne) au service client. S'assurer que les informations concernant les inspections necessaires soient envoyees par email au responsable d'entrepot. Confirmer un minimum de 25 livraisons par service. Lors de la reservation des ramassages des clients a l'entrepot, expliquer les horaires d'ouverture et les methodes de paiement.

Exigences :




Experience en dispatching 1 an (souhaite). Excellentes competences en service client et en communication. Maitrise de l'utilisation des outils informatiques. Competences organisationnelles fortes avec la capacite de travailler dans un environnement dynamique. Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches en meme temps tout en garantissant un haut niveau de precision et de qualite dans le travail.

: Warehouse Operations Director

The Dispatch Agent is proactive, a strong team player, and possesses excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:




Ensure all non-payments are processed at least 48 hours before delivery. Take and respond to all messages promptly at the start of each shift. Answer all calls immediately to provide excellent service. Respond to driver calls and promptly communicate any product defect requiring a technician to the customer service department. Ensure inspection information is emailed to the warehouse manager when required. Confirm a minimum of 25 deliveries per shift. When booking customer pickups at the warehouse, explain our hours of operation and accepted payment methods.

Requirements:




A minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience

preferred

. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to use computers effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy and quality in work
