Nous recherchons un(e) responsable de cuisine competent(e) et experimente(e) pour superviser les operations quotidiennes de notre cuisine. Responsabilites :
Gerer le personnel de cuisine et coordonner les activites de preparation des aliments
Veiller au respect des reglementations en matiere de securite alimentaire et des normes de qualite
Superviser la gestion des stocks et la commande des fournitures
Developper et maintenir les offres de menu en collaboration avec l'equipe culinaire
Former les nouveaux employes de cuisine aux techniques de cuisson appropriees et aux procedures de cuisine
Surveiller les operations de cuisine pour offrir des experiences culinaires de haute qualite
Gerer les demandes et preoccupations des clients concernant la preparation des aliments
Experience :
Experience anterieure dans un role de gestion de cuisine dans l'industrie des services alimentaires
Maitrise de la manipulation, de la preparation et des protocoles de securite alimentaire
Solides competences en leadership pour motiver et guider efficacement le personnel de cuisine
Connaissance du bar ou de la mixologie est un plus
Capacite a prosperer dans un environnement de restaurant rapide
