If so, then look no furtherWe're looking for a Graduate Content Designer to join our Product Content team in Richmond, Canada.This Graduate role provides lots of opportunity to develop your skills and experience. You\'ll use our authoring tool, MadCap Flare, to perform basic editing tasks to start, with advancement to higher-level tasks as your product and tool experience grows.Working as a supporting member of the Product Content team, you will also grow to support a user's ability to self-service their information needs, through a combination of help content, user interface text, release notes, videos, and other means.Key Responsibilities Alongside the learning programme you will be involved in,

  • Supporting department-wide initiatives like updating our content for brand and accessibility standards.
  • Coordinating product-wide release notes and other projects.
  • Creating and following content plans to update existing content into task-based models.
  • Updating and editing content to meet our brand and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborating or coordinating with other content designers on department-wide projects, such as video content.
What are we looking for?You\'ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in a related field. We're open to people of all backgrounds, but the following skills will help you thrive in the role.
  • Curious and tenacious in your quest for product knowledge.
  • Love digging into software and finding all the tiny details of your features, even the bonus details nobody told you about.
  • Persistent and determined when chasing down information and getting reviews.
  • A people person with the soft skills to work with many types of people in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to accommodate early-morning or late-night meetings, as you are part of a global business
  • You write clearly and succinctly and have a knack for communicating complex ideas in simple language.
  • You love words!
This role will be based from our Richmond office and is hybrid, so you will be in the office 2-3 days pre week.What you can expect from the process1. Apply online with a resume
