The Bilingual Content Designer--reporting to the Leader, CX Research & Service Design--will be responsible for creating and designing content across platforms as well as participating in design ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design, leading to high-fidelity outputs. They must have an excellent command of User Experience principles as well as writing capabilities in English and French.

You'll be responsible for:



Craft clear, user-friendly experiences across Interac products through effective content design. Write, edit, and test in-product copy that helps users complete tasks with ease. Collaborate with designers to shape user flows, information hierarchy, and interface terminology. Conduct content audits and provide data-informed recommendations based on UX best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Research, Marketing) in agile environments. Develop and maintain content design systems, guidelines, and standards for consistency. Advocate for inclusive, high-quality writing and provide feedback to elevate product experiences.

You bring:



Fluent in French and experienced in working on content for French-speaking regions. 2+ years experience in a UX writer, copywriter, or content designer role. Experience working in a Product Operating Model, where agile, interactive delivery moves products from idea discovery through scaled growth. Ability to share best practices and new content strategies with peers, marketers, legal, creative teams, translation service providers, and other select cross-functional team members. Ability to anticipate, or quickly generate, content solutions related to solving key design challenges. Anticipate user questions, confusion, or concerns, especially in complex or high-stakes interactions. Excellent writing skills with the ability to create simple, clear, and intuitive UI copy aligned to the brand/product voice/tone as well as contextually relevant CTAs, accounting for button states, hierarchy of actions, etc. The ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes with minimal help from product designers.
