Grade Crew Foreman

to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.





In 2026 we will have several new positions available. If you have an established crew of experienced individuals, we want to hear from you! We are offering relocation assistance and temporary housing for people who do not currently live in Regina.





The Grade Crew Foreman reports to the Construction Manager, this position is responsible for directing and managing all on-site construction workers and equipment, with the goal of leveling surfaces to grade specifications to prepare for concrete and asphalt placement. Our company operates from May to November each year and we are hiring now to be ready for the 2026 season!

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience. Flatworks experience preferred. Valid drivers license & reliable transportation. Able to work as a team and provide guidance to your crew. Must be reliable and punctual. In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and direct people, equipment and resources for paving roads, parking lots and driveways. Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of work crews. Work as a team member and leader to carry out all site work as required. Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members and equipment. Plan work in an efficient and effective order, maximizing progress in a safe and timely manner. Read and interpret project plans and specifications as required. Ability to understand rough or fine grade finishing plans. Ensure company equipment is operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively. Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers and report any issues which could affect the project plan.
