The starting annual salary for this full-time School Teacher position ranges from $61,838 to $108,458, with placement on the July 1, 2024 Teacher Salary Grid based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Ten-Broeck is a trauma informed school that deeply believes in connection and relationship with each child and family. Education & Experience

Elementary teacher training with major practicum at the Intermediate level Successful teaching experience at the Intermediate level Eligible for B.C. Certification Satisfactory teacher evaluation and/or final practicum reports

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Intermediate program Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of a balanced literacy program

Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with others to achieve group goals and objectives Caring & Inclusiveness: Create and maintain an environment that is caring, inclusive and supportive of all students * Flexibility & Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in the ability to adjust and adapt to changing circumstances
