Frontier Mosakahiken School is a Nursery to Grade 12 school with approximately 415 students. The school is located in Moose Lake which is 100 km east of The Pas, Manitoba (a full-service community) and is accessible by road. This lakeside community's natural beauty provides for an abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for) A sound knowledge of provincial Early Years curricula Previous Early Years teaching experience A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life Experience with integrating Indigenous culture and land-based teaching into curriculum Strong classroom management skills Experience working with students with unique needs A commitment to differentiated instruction A willingness to inquire into best practices and reflect on practices A team player committed to the belief that all students can learn Self-motivated
