About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical
Digital Advertising Specialist (Google Ads and PPC)
to manage and optimize our paid search strategy across multiple brands and campaigns. This role requires hands-on expertise with Google Ads, campaign optimization, bid strategies, keyword targeting, remarketing, and performance analytics.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of proven PPC experience, a strong understanding of paid media funnels, and the ability to deliver measurable results through ROI-driven advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management
Plan, build, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).
Develop ROI-focused paid advertising strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct competitive PPC analysis and identify new keyword and ad opportunities.
Performance Optimization
Continuously optimize bids, budgets, keywords, ad groups, and ad copy for peak performance.
Improve Quality Scores, lower cost-per-click (CPC), and maximize conversions.
Execute A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Set up conversion tracking and event measurement for accurate attribution.
Produce clear reports with insights, trends, and actionable optimization recommendations.
Landing Pages & CRO
Collaborate with content and development teams to enhance landing page effectiveness.
Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to increase lead quality and volume.
Budget & Growth Management
Manage monthly ad budgets and ensure efficient spending across campaigns.
Identify new paid opportunities, platforms, and targeting methods to expand reach.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads and PPC campaign management experience.
Proven track record of increasing conversions and reducing acquisition costs.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
Experience with SEMRush for competitive and keyword insights.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience managing remarketing and conversion-based campaigns.
Ability to write clear, compelling ad copy and understand audience intent.
Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
Experience with paid social advertising (LinkedIn, Meta).
Familiarity with landing page builders or CRO tools.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals for integrated search marketing.
Experience in B2B or technical industries.
