Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to work in our state-of-the-art golf simulator. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences by operating the simulator, assisting customers, and ensuring a fun and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to engage with guests of all ages. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with using the golf simulator equipment Explain game options, rules, and features to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience Operate and troubleshoot the golf simulator technology to ensure smooth operation Manage reservations, walk-ins, and scheduling for simulator sessions Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the simulator area Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly Support food and beverage service as needed, including taking orders and serving guests Engage with guests through friendly conversation, including public speaking when introducing features or promotions

Skills

Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate features and promote special events or offers Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Guest services experience in hospitality or entertainment settings preferred Basic cash handling skills for processing payments accurately Food service or hospitality experience is advantageous for supporting additional guest needs Ability to operate technical equipment related to golf simulators with troubleshooting proficiency is desirable Enthusiasm for golf or sports is beneficial but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
