About the Role



We are seeking an experienced, confident, and service-driven Team Lead to support and guide our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, understands food and beverage service in a golf simulator environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. As a Team Lead, you set the standard for guest experience, anticipate needs, and lead by example. This position offers strong opportunities for growth, including increased responsibility, leadership development, and potential advancement as the studio continues to grow.

Team Lead Roles



- Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to every guest while modeling service standards.

- Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day service.

- Support, mentor, and assist Attendants/Servers during service to maintain strong workflow and teamwork.

- Build genuine relationships with guests and teammates to foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

- Maintain strong working knowledge of golf simulator software, hardware, and overall studio operations.

- Maintain working knowledge of the booking platform, oversee accurate scheduling, and manage simulator bay utilization.

- Guide guests through bookings, simulator use, food and beverage service, and the overall guest experience.

- Serve food and beverages as required and support bar operations during peak periods.

- Address guest concerns or service issues promptly, professionally, and in alignment with company standards.

- Handle cash, POS transactions, payments, and end-of-shift reconciliation accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are consistently upheld throughout the facility.

Qualifications



- Minimum 3-5 years of serving experience in a pro-shop, restaurant or bar, preferably in a leadership role.

- A passion for golf and experience in a golf simulator or golf course environment an asset.

- Strong communication and multitasking skills.

- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a sense of urgency.

- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- ProServe and safe food handling (or equivalent) certification required.

- Emergency First Aid certification a requirement

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
