GOLF SHOP SERVICE STAFF - CALEDON (ALTON, ONTARIO)
We are currently hiring
Golf Shop Service Staff
to join our Golf Operations team for the rest of the 2025 season. This role is responsible for providing outstanding guest service, assisting with golf retail operations, and ensuring a seamless check-in process for golfers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf, strong attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Embracing and Living our Common Purpose and Values
Opening and closing of Golf Shop
Tee time reservations
Collecting green fees
Answering phones
Assisting in retail operation
Aiding in the set up and facilitation of numerous large and small golf events
Proficient in the use of technology (Microsoft applications) with ability to learn technology applications (Lightspeed Golf/Retail; PACE technology; Golf Genius)
Qualifications:
Ability to work weekends.
Willing to work outdoors in all conditions.
Willing to work early mornings (5:00am) and late evenings (11:00pm) when required.
Ability to work on your own and as part of a dynamic team.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and deliver and exceptional guest experience.

Compensation: $17.20 per hour
