We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our golf shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing retail sales, supervising staff, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the golf shop, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Supervise, train, and develop staff to meet performance standards and enhance team capabilities. Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and cash handling. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and the game of golf. Foster a welcoming environment for customers by providing knowledgeable assistance and support. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of store management.

Skills

Proven experience with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in POS systems for efficient transaction processing and good computer knowledge Effective communication skills for clear interactions with customers and staff alike.
