As a Go-To-Market Solutions Manager, you'll have the opportunity to innovate and deliver valuable strategies to grow and develop how we take our Cloud vendor portfolio to market. We're looking for a creative influencer who can understand our wide array of offerings and eloquently differentiate our competitive advantages.
In this role, you'll be part of our innovative and rapidly growing Next-Generation Technology Solutions Business. We provide the tools, resources and team members to simplify the delivery of Cloud, Data & IoT solutions and create a seamless end-to-end process for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with leading solutions vendors, connect with like-minded co-workers across the globe, and participate in Next-Gen Academy, a comprehensive 2-week training program designed to acclimate new hires to our business and industry.
What You'll Do
Develop Strategies for market-driving initiatives, utilize Storytelling to develop Value Propositions, and Deliver your Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with vendor marketing and sales teams
Serve as a leader, expert, and ambassador for our Cloud portfolio strategy in Canada Strategy
Define and develop the GTM strategy and program requirements for Canadian Cloud solutions
Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations
Able to quickly pivot against a current strategy if proven ineffective based on ROI and results
Identify target resellers based on TD SYNNEX BI data analysis
Role will also aggregate and manage monthly and quarterly business performance reporting cadence for executives
Storytelling
For the Canadian Cloud portfolio area, this function is responsible for 'What we say', 'Who we say it to', and 'How we say it'
Holistic Portfolio Messaging (not vendor-centric), Value Prop, Program Development and Launch
Incorporates and drives Partner Enablement into the value proposition (Practice Builders)
Incorporate Services plays and capabilities into the value proposition and offer models
Go-To-Market Delivery
Collaborate with marketing and program management team to develop programs for demand creation and sales development, and ensure GTM strategy is in line with vendor priorities
Obtain vendor funding for marketing events and programs
Identify in-demand products within assigned product line and develop effective marketing to build awareness and sales volume
Cross market complementary solutions into appropriate vertical segments
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in Sales, Product Management, and/or Project Management
College degree required (preferably Business or Marketing)
Excellent knowledge of products in assigned portfolio
Excellent knowledge of IT industry. Understanding of market trends and demands
Ability to use standard software: MS Office Applications
Demonstrated experience leading market launches
Budgeting and Forecasting
Strong business development skills
