The Global Product Leader leads the global rewards data and intelligence product vision and strategy for the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) business. The PD leader is responsible for working with key stakeholders to identify, develop and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products or strategic product extensions, and translate internal and external feedback into usable and marketable products.
The role works closely with the Global Head of RDI and the RDI leadership team to define and execute product priorities which support delivery of the profitable growth objectives for the business. PD leader drives product roadmap prioritization and trade-off decision making; enhancements to existing products; development of new /retirement of old products and maintenance of global consistency of content (including job, leveling taxonomy and data element dictionary) and communication of guidelines.
The Role:
Develop and execute the global rewards data and intelligence product vision and strategy for RDI and broader W&R, working with business leaders and multiple stakeholder groups to define and implement an effective roadmap
Determine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and enhanced rewards products, including identifying and prioritizing product strategies, product roadmap initiatives, and annual survey enhancements
Manage overall product content to ensure it is aligned with client needs through internal discussions, market research and client feedback
Responsible for overall governance and global consistency of survey content (including job catalog, leveling taxonomy, and data element dictionary)
Develop and commercialize intellectual capital for practice, including online articles, webinars and in-person events
Responsible for managing, motivating, and developing the skills, competencies and knowledge of team members (direct team size of approx. 8) in line with WTW policies and procedures, including overseeing and managing objective setting, development plans, and performance reviews and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $250,000-$375,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
