Our Alliance team is responsible for establishing partnerships with companies to better serve our client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help build these relationships to complement PwC\xe2\x80\x99s strategy through execution capabilities that allow us to deliver multi competency programmes and solve client\xe2\x80\x99s most critical business issues. The Global Microsoft Alliance Marketer will work closely with the Alliance business team to translate growth objectives and ambitions into marketing strategy and collaborate across territories on activation, including global campaigns and integrated marketing plans. Champion consistency and elevate our brand in the market in coordination with Global PwC campaign and Alliance strategy frameworks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the development and activation of an Alliance team\xe2\x80\x99s global go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Alliance team and lead regional/territory Alliance marketers
  • Coordinate sharing of global Alliance GTM strategy with alliance territory marketing for alignment/awareness/leverage and integration of territory marketing into the global strategy
  • Understand Alliance vendor\xe2\x80\x99s global marketing strategy, campaigns, org chart and processes and assist in prioritizing, in concert with GTM, target markets/services/territories accordingly
  • In coordination with Global Tech & Alliance marketing leader, set and validate with lead territory marketers big picture Global Alliance marketing objectives, core themes, key messaging, and prioritization as part of annual planning
  • Establish cadence to coordinate across territories (aligning, sharing of assets, best practices, market intelligence) and develop/facilitate global quarterly/annual ROI and impact tracking process
  • Facilitate global tracking of client assets (case studies, content, references) and coordinate review process with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the appropriateness of potential territory/regional marketing activities / events / sponsorships with alignment to global marketing strategy, targets and business development opportunities
  • Assist in sourcing and/or responding to partner awards, evaluating sponsorships at global level and coordinate support as appropriate
  • Develop relationships with senior PwC stakeholders, key alliance stakeholders, Global and regional/territory marketers and sales teams, third party agencies (if required), technical teams and clients
  • Primary liaison for marketing relationship with Alliance vendor partner at a global level (in coordination with lead PwC territory counterparts)
Experiences and skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll use to solve
  • A solid understanding of marketing planning, programmes and channel management
  • Experience in building brand strategy & awareness campaigns
  • Excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills are essential as is the ability to liaise, influence, challenge effectively and build credibility and relationships at senior management, peer and team level
  • Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, with experience of capturing, analysing and developing recommendations based upon complex ROI data sets
  • The ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives, and to manage multiple projects;
  • Experience working with and/or knowledge of the tech space and Alliance vendor technologies
  • Working collaboratively as part of an international, multidisciplinary network of firms
  • Developing and implementing a data driven, integrated marketing strategy delivering results against strategic priorities that contribute to developing relationships, building pipeline and increasing brand equity
  • Developing and overseeing marketing tactics across several functional areas of the marketing mix including: brand, digital and social marketing, public relations, analyst relations, collateral, thought leadership and sales tools, events, etc. and driving strategy to tie these initiatives together using customer journey principles and marketing automation
  • Utilizing competitive and market research to understand client issues, marketing dynamics and competitive strategies and incorporating this information into marketing activities to drive high impact and differentiated programs
  • Understanding the Marketing and Sales function, including Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Thought Leadership, as well as a deep understanding of related functions and Line of Service/Sector client service offerings
  • Managing budgets & measuring and tracking results of marketing programs
  • Collecting and analyzing data to communicate ROI/impact;
  • Experience in influencing and working with stakeholders across borders globally
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
