We're looking for a
Glazing Estimator
to join our growing team. If you have experience in glazing or cladding and enjoy working with numbers, drawings, and project details, we'd like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed estimates. Analyze project requirements and develop material and labor cost breakdowns. Source and coordinate pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers. Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure estimates align with project scope and design intent. Maintain and update cost databases and estimate records. Support the team in value engineering and project budgeting as required.
Qualifications:
Experience in glazing, curtain wall, or cladding estimation. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and building envelope systems. Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,467.41-$133,748.04 per year
Work Location: In person
