Install replacement glass in existing products and systems.
Install showers, glass railings, mirrors, glass screens, etc.
Install glazing systems, curtain wall, storefront, and doors.
Install PVC windows and doors.
Repair and service residential, and commercial aluminum doors and other glass supporting structures, and replace damaged glass and faulty sealant.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine type and thickness of glass, frame, installation procedure and materials required.
Skills and Abilities:
Reliable, hard-working, willing to learn.
Organized, attention to detail.
Be able to pass Criminal Record check.
Strong work ethic, team player and positive attitude.
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
Work with man lifts, ladders and scaffolds.
The preferred applicant will have a broad range of glazier's skills. Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience. Permanent: Full time. Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
