En collaboration avec un reseau d'agences etabli, vous aurez la responsabilite de stimuler et de soutenir la vente par specifications et projets des solutions d'eclairage et de controle d'Acuity Brands. Vous contribuerez a accroitre la part de marche dans le portefeuille de produits architecturaux. Vous aurez pour mission de generer une croissance nette et de conquerir de nouvelles parts aupres des comptes nationaux/corporatifs et des grands proprietaires multi-sites au Canada. Vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les equipes de vente par specification, entrepreneur/distributeur et solutions/controles pour etablir des standards, remporter des projets et elargir les programmes nationaux.

Taches et responsabilites principales (fonctions essentielles)

Elaborer et executer des plans de territoire/comptes avec les equipes des agences de vente; creer des feuilles de route de croissance pluriannuelles et des pipelines trimestriels. Developper et executer des plans pour les comptes corporatifs canadiens designes; creer des feuilles de route de croissance pluriannuelles et des pipelines trimestriels. Prospecter et faire progresser de nouvelles opportunites (demarchage, evenements) jusqu'a l'etape de demande de proposition (DP)/soumission, en collaborant avec les ventes entrepreneur-distributeur, specifications, devis et service a la clientele. Promouvoir le portefeuille de marques d'Acuity (par ex. Lithonia, Gotham, Mark, Juno, nLight) aupres des parties prenantes executives et techniques, en positionnant la valeur. Etablir et maintenir des standards aupres des proprietaires corporatifs (retrofit, nouvelle construction, initiatives de durabilite/ESG) et coordonner les deploiements nationaux. Produire des previsions mensuelles/trimestrielles de commandes; assurer la rigueur du CRM et rendre compte de la sante du pipeline, des taux de reussite et des gains de parts de marche. Coordonner les propositions de solutions avec les equipes Solutions/Controles et Applications (plans d'eclairage, sequences de controle, incitatifs). Negocier les prix et les conditions dans les limites etablies; collaborer avec les partenaires distributeurs pour conclure. Representer Acuity lors de rencontres clients, d'evenements industriels et de formations sur le territoire. Environ 25 % de deplacements avec nuitees en Amerique du Nord.

Experience souhaitee (c.-a-d. experience du secteur)

5 a 8 ans d'experience en developpement des affaires B2B ou en gestion de comptes cles dans le secteur electrique/eclairage/controles ou dans l'ecosysteme de la construction. Experience averee dans l'etablissement de relations d'affaires de haut niveau et la conclusion d'opportunites complexes via des partenaires multi-canaux (entrepreneurs, distributeurs, ESCO). Connaissances approfondies de l'eclairage et des systemes de controle (DEL, DLC, controles en reseau, conformite aux codes) ainsi que des cycles de vente en construction. Excellentes competences en planification, negociation et communication aupres de dirigeants; maitrise des outils CRM. Permis de conduire valide; capacite de se deplacer sur le territoire selon les besoins. Bilingue Francais et anglais: afin de servir nos clients et fournisseurs a travers le Canada et aux Etats-Unis.

Croissance nette des revenus et de la marge au sein des comptes designes. Standards/adoptions obtenus, velocite et conversion du pipeline. Engagement des canaux de vente et exactitude des previsions. Satisfaction, fidelisation et expansion de la clientele.
