Le gestionnaire collaborera avec d\xe2\x80\x99autres dirigeants et l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de planification et d\xe2\x80\x99analyse financi\xc3\xa8res pour analyser des donn\xc3\xa9es financi\xc3\xa8res et op\xc3\xa9rationnelles et fournir des observations pertinentes sur l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9volution des affaires.

Objectifs

\xc3\x80 titre de gestionnaire, vous serez responsable de la production des rapports de rendement financier pour le compte du client. Vous aiderez \xc3\xa0 la coordination des processus d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tablissement des budgets pr\xc3\xa9visionnels et d\xc3\xa9finitifs, \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration de divers rapports et documents \xc3\xa0 des fins de pr\xc3\xa9sentation. Vous jouerez \xc3\xa9galement un r\xc3\xb4le cl\xc3\xa9 dans le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des diff\xc3\xa9rents outils et processus de production de rapports.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s particuli\xc3\xa8res

• S\xe2\x80\x99approprier divers rapports financiers consolid\xc3\xa9s et analyses des \xc3\xa9carts sur des bases mensuelles et trimestrielles (rendements financiers et perception des loyers);
• Superviser de l\xe2\x80\x99analyste financier principal et agir comme mentor de ce dernier;
• Sous la directive de la vice-pr\xc3\xa9sidente, g\xc3\xa9rer le processus de budg\xc3\xa9tisation et v\xc3\xa9rifier l\xe2\x80\x99exhaustivit\xc3\xa9, l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude et l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 des pr\xc3\xa9visions et des budgets;
• \xc3\x8atre responsable de la coordination, l\xe2\x80\x99analyse et la consolidation des pr\xc3\xa9visions et budgets des d\xc3\xa9penses;
• Produire les rapports sur les budgets ainsi que les expos\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99intention du client;
• Collaborer \xc3\xa9troitement avec les gestionnaires charg\xc3\xa9s du rendement op\xc3\xa9rationnel et de la perception des loyers afin de rationaliser les processus et r\xc3\xa9aliser des gains d\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9;
• Collaborer avec les diff\xc3\xa9rents chefs de services pour la gestion de projets sp\xc3\xa9ciaux et fournir des analyses au besoin;
• \xc3\x80 titre de conseiller/repr\xc3\xa9sentant de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de planification et d\xe2\x80\x99analyse financi\xc3\xa8res, collaborer avec le service des TI et autres services pertinents pour la mise en \xc5\x93uvre et l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des syst\xc3\xa8mes et processus.

Exigences essentielles :

• D\xc3\xa9signation de comptable professionnel reconnue (CPA) ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente;
• Minimum de 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en mati\xc3\xa8re de production de rapports financiers, d\xe2\x80\x99analyse, et de pr\xc3\xa9paration de pr\xc3\xa9visions et de budgets;
• Connaissance approfondie de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Power BI/Query);
• Connaissance de Yardi Voyager et des fonctions avanc\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tablissement de budgets et de pr\xc3\xa9visions est souhait\xc3\xa9e;

Summary
JLL Canada is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team! Reporting to the Vice-President of Planning and Financial Analysis, the Manager of FP&A will be a key driver in various financial reporting activities, which includes the budget process. The Manager will work collaboratively with other business leaders and with the FP&A team to analyze financial and operational data and provide meaningful insights on business trends.
The ideal candidate has a strong financial accounting professional background and the ability to leverage analytical and modelling skills to provide insights to various stakeholders.
Objectives
As a Manager, you will be responsible for the reporting of financial performance for the client. You will assist in the coordination of the forecast and budget processes and prepare various reporting and presentation packages. You will also play a key role in the development and enhancement of reporting tools and processes.
Specific accountabilities

• Ownership of various Consolidated financial reports and variance analyses on a monthly and quarterly basis (financial and rent collection performance);
• Manage and mentor Senior Financial Analyst;
• With guidance from the Vice-President, manage the budget process and ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the forecasts and budget;
• Responsible for the coordination, analysis and consolidation of expense forecasting and budgeting;
• Preparation of budget reporting and presentations for the client;
• Work closely with the Operational Performance and Collections Managers to streamline processes and find efficiencies;
• Collaborate with various department heads to manage special projects and provide analysis as needed;
• As an Advisor/Representative of the Planning and Financial Analysis group, collaborate with IT and respective departments in the implementation and enhancements of systems and processes.

Key requirements

• Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA) or equivalent experience;
• Minimum 5 years experience in financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel; PowerPoint; Power BI/Query)
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting preferred;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize various data points and sources;
• Strategic, innovative, challenge the status-quo and recommend improvements;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-driven;
• Work in a fast-paced and evolving environment;
• High energy with a positive attitude;
• Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
