Gestionnaire des ventes - CASE



Le ou la gestionnaire des ventes est responsable de la gestion de premiere ligne de l'equipe des ventes pour la division CASE, assurant ainsi une croissance rentable pour l'organisation.


Ce que vous ferez :


Assurer une croissance rentable de l'entreprise en dirigeant une equipe de representants. Fideliser les clients existants et accroitre la part de marche aupres de ceux-ci. Approcher de nouveaux clients par divers moyens, en mettant de l'avant la valeur ajoutee de Solutions Univar. Encadrer l'equipe pour atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en respectant les politiques de l'entreprise et les normes de securite, grace a une retroaction en temps reel et des rencontres individuelles hebdomadaires. Recruter, embaucher, integrer et former de nouveaux membres de l'equipe. Attribuer et gerer les taches necessaires pour repondre aux besoins de l'entreprise. S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients en gerant les indicateurs de performance (KPI), la charge de travail et l'execution des responsabilites des membres de l'equipe. Identifier les opportunites d'optimisation des processus. Maintenir une strategie de tarification et assurer une gestion efficace des prix. Collaborer avec les responsables de la gestion des comptes, la gestion des produits, les solutions clients, les equipes techniques/ADS et le soutien aux ventes. Coordonner avec les parties prenantes pour assurer des niveaux d'inventaire adequats et une satisfaction client optimale. Preparer et presenter un rapport mensuel sur la performance de l'entreprise, incluant les reussites et les apprentissages, aux dirigeants.



Competences et qualifications requises :


Diplome universitaire de premier cycle prefere, mais une experience demontree avec un portefeuille de croissance est acceptable. 5 ans ou plus d'experience en gestion ou supervision, ou une connaissance interne de l'organisation peut compenser l'experience directe. Experience requise en ventes B2B. Bilinguisme complet (francais et anglais) est un atout important. Solides competences en leadership pour encadrer, motiver et diriger des equipes en periode de changement. Capacite demontree a analyser des situations complexes ou non definies pour determiner la meilleure marche a suivre. Excellentes aptitudes decisionnelles, equilibrant les besoins des clients et les objectifs de l'entreprise. Competences eprouvees en communication ecrite, verbale et en presentation. Capacite a fournir une retroaction constructive a la direction. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com et Tableau.

Sales Manager - CASE



The Sales Manager is responsible for frontline management of a Sales Team for the CASE (Coatings/Adhesives/Sealants/Elastomers) Line of Business ensuring profitable growth for the organization.




What youll do:

Deliver profitable growth for the business by leading a team of associates. Deliver customer retention and expansion of share with existing assigned customers. Engage prospective customers through various means ensuring through purchase communicating Univar Solutions Value. Drive the team achieve sales results while adhering to company policies and safety requirements through real time feedback and engagement and weekly one on one's providing constructive feedback for sales development and goal attainment. Recruit, Hire, Onboard and train new associates. Assign and manage the execution of duties required to meet the needs of the business. Ensure Customer expectations are met through the management of associate KPI's, monitoring of workload, and execution of associate responsibilities. Identify areas for process optimization. Maintain a pricing strategy and execution of price management. Collaborate with Account Management Leaders, Product Management, Customer Solutions, Technical / ADS, Sales Support. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory levels for overall customer satisfaction. Prepare and delivery monthly read out of business performance successes and learnings to business leaders



What youll need:


Bachelor's degree preferred but a proven track record with a growth portfolio 5+ years management/supervisory experience a plus, internal organizational knowledge in lieu of previous supervisor experience acceptable. B2B sales experience is required. Fully Bilingual French and English is a plus Strong leadership skills in mentoring, motivating, and leading teams through change. Proven ability to initiate and analyze sophisticated situations or undefined issues to determine accurate course of action. High level of decision making while balancing customer needs and company objectives. Proven communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to provide feedback to leadership within the organization. Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, Tableau.
