We are looking for a Contract & Claim Manager to oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of our environmental remediation and water treatment projects. As the in-house expert on contract documents, you will ensure that all communications and deliverables comply with contractual requirements. You will also be responsible for anticipating contractual and legal issues, identifying potential conflicts, and preparing claims related to changes in scope, schedule, or execution when required.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage and interpret contracts, and provide guidance to project teams.
Prepare and coordinate responses to Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) and draft Requests for Information (RFI).
Prepare, document, and support claims related to changes, delays, or unforeseen conditions.
Work closely with project teams and represent the company's commercial interests in client and consultant meetings.
Act as the internal reference for clause interpretation and dispute management.
Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of contract management practices.
Qualifications:
Required Profile :
University degree in engineering, law, project management, or a related field.
8-10 years of professional experience in contract management (environmental, engineering, or construction sectors).
Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Assets :
Knowledge of environmental standards and water treatment processes.
Experience managing public or semi-public contracts.
Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written. Given the diversity of our team and the need to communicate with local, pan-Canadian and international clients and partners, the ability to understand and express oneself in both languages is required.
