Nos attentes

Nous sommes actuellement \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99un (e) candidat (e) pour occuper le poste de gestionnaire de projets en charge des transferts de sources d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement pour notre \xc3\xa9quipe de fabrication globale. Le candidat choisi aura la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de diriger divers projets de changement de sources de fournisseurs sur une grande vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de familles de produits et de fournisseurs. Il \xc3\xa9voluera dans un environnement dynamique et devra faire preuve d\xe2\x80\x99adaptabilit\xc3\xa9.

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• \xc3\x89tablir la viabilit\xc3\xa9 financi\xc3\xa8re des projets identifi\xc3\xa9s par l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de Sourcing afin de r\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 des d\xc3\xa9fis de r\xc3\xa9duction des co\xc3\xbbts et d\xe2\x80\x99augmentation de performance de la cha\xc3\xaene d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement
• Maintenir une pr\xc3\xa9vision managed et r\xc3\xa9duction de co\xc3\xbbts, effectuer le suivi des actions et identifier tout changement affectant ces budgets
• Planifier et ex\xc3\xa9cuter des projets de changement de sources/ fournisseurs (projets de transition) pour les pi\xc3\xa8ces achet\xc3\xa9es ou fabriqu\xc3\xa9es suivant le processus interne de qualification des nouvelles sources tout en respectant le temps et le budget allou\xc3\xa9
• Coordonner des \xc3\xa9quipes multidisciplinaires (Ing\xc3\xa9nierie, Qualit\xc3\xa9, Approvisionnement, Laboratoire, Inspection, etc...) afin de r\xc3\xa9soudre divers probl\xc3\xa8mes techniques affectant les transitions et les livraisons
• Diriger les revues de projets avec les fournisseurs externes ou internes et effectuer le suivi du d\xc3\xa9veloppement des pi\xc3\xa8ces.
• Peut n\xc3\xa9cessiter des voyages occasionnels \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99international
• Peut n\xc3\xa9cessiter le besoin de tenir des rencontres sur diff\xc3\xa9rentes plages horaires (ex : soir)

Exigences requises:

• 5 ans et plus d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en gestion de projets/ exploitation / ing\xc3\xa9nierie/ gestion d\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement
• Une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9crit et \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99oral, est requise pour ce poste compte tenu des besoins op\xc3\xa9rationnels de l\xe2\x80\x99Employeur et des personnes avec lesquelles le [candidat] sera appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 interagir

What our expectations are

We are currently looking for a candidate interested in the position of Project Coordinator in charge of work transfer from different sources for our global manufacturing team. The candidate will have the responsibility to lead various resourcing / supplier transition projects involving a wide variety of product families and suppliers. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment and will need to demonstrate adaptability.

Specific responsibilities of position:

-Determine the financial viability of identified projects from our Sourcing team to achieve our goals for cost reductions and increase of supply chain performance

- Maintain managed and cost reduction forecast, follow up actions and highlight changes

- Plan and execute supplier change projects (transition projects) for purchase or manufacture parts following our internal qualification process for new suppliers while respecting the allocated time and budget

- Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Laboratory, Inspection, etc...) to resolve various technical issues impacting transitions and deliveries

- Lead project reviews with internal or external suppliers and follow-up the parts development.

- Forecast and monitor the associated project budgeting.

- May required meetings on different schedule then day shift (ex: evening)

- May require occasional travel

Qualifications required:

- 5+ years pertinent experience in Project management/ Operations/Engineering/Supply Management

- Bilingual French / English

- Demonstrated leadership skill

- Demonstrated aptitude for teamwork - Autonomous, organized & efficient

- Experienced with project management tools/software: MS Project, Excel, other.

- Good communication abilities

- Knowledge of SAP and procurement processes will be an asset
