Votre role en tant que Gestionnaire de Programme sera de developper et soutenir notre plan strategique pour ameliorer la maturite structurelle de l'A220. Ce plan strategique est bati sur quatre piliers interdependants qui ont pour objectif d'ameliorer l'utilisation de l'Avion et de le rendre plus profitable a nos clients.
Vos defis:
Assurer l'alignement au sein des fonctions Services Clients, Programme, Ingenierie et Ingenierie en Chef sur les priorites du plan strategique pour adresser les problemes en service
Communiquer en interne et en externe sur l'avancement de ces initiatives.
Promouvoir une execution de qualite, atteignant ou surpassant nos besoins et nos ambitions;
Consolider la structure du projet (Organizational Breakdown Structure & Work Breakdown Structure) et soutenir la gouvernance pour mener le plan strategique selon les quatre piliers cles identifies:
+ Prevention de la corrosion sur les enjeux connus et anticiper les besoins futurs
+ Amelioration de la reparabilite, couvrant a la fois l'expansion des limites de dommages admissibles et le developpement de reparations generiques.
+ Escalation des intervalles de maintenance et eradication des inspections repetitives.
+ Ameliorer l'interchangeabilite et developpement de solution pour les pieces hors-production.
Utiliser vos connaissances structurelles et les retours des operateurs en service pour presenter et diriger de nouvelles initiatives pouvant s'inserer dans le plan strategique afin d'ameliorer la maturite de l'A220.

Your role as Program Manager will be to develop & support our Airframe roadmap in order to deep dive, anticipate & address the main airframe in-service issues. This strategic plan is built on four interdependent pillars, each designed to increase aircraft utilization and make your A220 more profitable.
Your challenges:
Ensure alignment within Customer Services, Program, Engineering and Chief Engineering functions on airframe priorities to address in-service issues
Communicate internally and externally on the progress of these initiatives;
Promote execution to the highest levels in order to meet or exceed our needs and ambitions
Firm up the project structure (Organizational Breakdown Structure & Work breakdown Structure) and support the governance to drive the project along the four key identified pillars, namely:
+ Corrosion prevention;
+ Repairability improvement, covering both the expansion of the allowable damage limits and the development of generic repairs;
+ Maintenance escalation addressing cracking issues as well as repetitive inspections issues;
+ Interchangeability improvements and development of solutions for out of production parts.
Use your structural expertise and feedback from operators to present and lead new initiatives that will be added to our strategic plan aiming at improving the maturity of the A220.
