Gestionnaire de Comptes d'Assurances Commerciales
, vous serez responsable de
negocier des solutions d?assurance et d?offrir des services strategiques proactifs a nos clients
. Le role consiste a collaborer etroitement avec notre equipe afin d?analyser les profils de risque, de developper des programmes d?assurance personnalises et de
batir des relations clients a long terme
. Votre connaissance en assurance commerciale sera essentielle pour conseiller les clients sur les strategies de reduction des pertes et veiller a ce qu?ils beneficient de la meilleure couverture possible.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
Vos responsabilites se concentrent sur le conseil strategique, la retention client et l'execution du programme:
Conseils Clients et Gestion des Risques:
Agir en tant qu?
interlocuteur principal
pour les nouveaux clients et les clients existants, en fournissant des conseils experts sur leurs polices d?assurance P&C; Realiser des
evaluations de risques approfondies
pour determiner les couvertures adaptees aux activites des clients; Fournir des
conseils en gestion des risques
afin d'aider les clients a minimiser les pertes potentielles et a
reduire la frequence ou la gravite des reclamations
.
Execution et Soutien du Programme:
Gerer l?ensemble des aspects administratifs des polices, incluant la preparation des
devis, avenants, renouvellements et annulations; Assister a la preparation et a la presentation des propositions
pour de nouvelles couvertures, des modifications ou des ameliorations de programmes; Assister les clients dans le depot de leurs reclamations, en assurant le suivi avec les assureurs et en veillant a la soumission des documents necessaires.
Supervision Financiere et Conformite:
Assurer le suivi des paiements, renouvellements et facturations, surveillant ainsi la bonne
gestion financiere des comptes clients;
Mettre en place des controles internes et externes pour
garantir la conformite
avec les polices d?assurance, les contrats et les exigences reglementaires.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
Experience:
Minimum de
4 ans ou plus d'experience pertinente
(dans les deux dernieres annees) en gestion de comptes ou courtage en assurances. L'experience pertinente en
assurance commerciale de dommages
est specifiquement requise.
Certifications:
Une
Licence AMF en assurance des entreprises (Courtier) active est obligatoire
.
Langues:
La
maitrise du francais et de l?anglais (niveau C1)
est obligatoire. Le bilinguisme est requis en raison des interactions frequentes avec des clients, des collegues ou collaborateurs bases au Quebec, dans d'autres provinces canadiennes et/ou a l'etranger.*
Competences:
Experience en evaluation des risques, structuration de polices et negociation. Excellente capacite a developper et entretenir des relations clients.
Designations:
La designation de Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) et/ou RIBO est souhaitee (mais non necessaire).
Autre:
Permis de conduire valide au Quebec est souhaitee (mais non necessaire).

THE ROLE
As a
Commercial Insurance Account Executive
on the Account Management team, you will be responsible for
brokering insurance solutions and providing proactive strategic services to clients
. Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance will be crucial in advising clients on loss mitigation strategies and ensuring they receive the best coverage for their needs. You will work closely with our team to analyze risk profiles, develop tailored insurance programs and nurture long-term client relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Advisory & Risk Management:
? Act as the
primary point of contact
for new and existing clients, providing expert guidance on their P&C insurance policies.
? Conduct
comprehensive risk assessments
to determine appropriate P&C coverage for all areas of their business.
? Offer
risk management advice
to help clients minimize potential risks and reduce the frequency or severity of claims.
Program Execution & Support:
? Manage administrative aspects of policy administration, including the preparation of quotations, endorsements, renewals and cancellations.
?
Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals
for new coverage, changes, or program upgrades.
? Assist clients in filing claims, following up with insurance carriers and ensuring proper documentation is submitted.
Financial & Compliance Oversight:
? Monitor the financial health of assigned accounts, ensuring all billing, payments, and renewals are processed correctly and timely.
? Implement internal and external audit controls to
verify compliance
with insurance policies, contracts and regulatory requirements
WHAT YOU OFFER
Experience:
Minimum
4+ years of relevant experience
(within the last two years) in account management, insurance brokerage. Relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance is specifically required. Experience in Construction and/or commercial property insurance is a strong plus.
Certifications:
Must have an
active AMF license in Commercial Lines (Broker)
. Relevant insurance broker certifications or licenses are required.
Designations:
Canadian Risk Manager Designation (CRM) and/or RIBO preferred (yet not necessary).
Language:
The ability to communicate
fluently in English and French (C1 levels both spoken and written) is a must
. Bilingualism is required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and/or abroad.
Proficiency in MS Office software. Knowledge of Epic system management is a strongasset.
Other:
Valid Quebec driver's license is strongly preferred.
