What This Role Looks Like
Build and grow a portfolio of business clients in industries you know
Leverage your B2B insight and credibility to create new opportunities
Learn commercial insurance fundamentals through structured onboarding
Partner with internal marketers and underwriters to quote and place accounts
Act as a long-term advisor to your clients as their needs evolve

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
3-10+ years of B2B experience in sales, consulting, or client management
A background in sectors like construction, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial services
Experience working directly with business decision-makers
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A drive to build long-term client relationships and income stability
Licensing Requirement
The successful candidate must obtain their
RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
license. You will be responsible for obtaining the license before actively selling.
