Assurer une gestion proactive et continue des relations avec les clients

a haute valeur, incluant des revues d'affaires regulieres et le developpement d'un plan de gestion de portefeuille aligne aux objectifs strategiques
Optimiser l'experience client a chaque etape de son cycle de vie, en assurant une utilisation complete et efficace des solutions

Mettre en place des strategies de retention personnalisees pour eviter les desengagements et preserver la valeur du portefeuille
Accompagner les clients dans l'augmentation de leur volume de commandes et de leur panier moyen grace a des recommandations concretes

Votre profil - Votre carriere a Moneris
--------------------------------------------
Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente)
3 a 5 ans d'experience en vente strategique, gestion de comptes ou developpement des affaires, avec des resultats probants et au moins 1 a 2 ans en gestion de relations clients
Maitrise des outils Microsoft (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Connaissance des processus de vente consultative, de suivi et de creation de rapports
Experience demontree dans le developpement de relations avec des clients strategiques
Bilinguisme francais et anglais (ecrit et oral)
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration, avec les equipes internes comme les clients
Fort sens des affaires et capacite analytique pour evaluer les performances et orienter la strategie.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

Proactively and continuously managing relationships with

's high-value clients, including regular business reviews and development of a portfolio management plan aligned with strategic objectives
Optimizing the client experience at every stage of their lifecycle by ensuring full and effective use of

solutions
Implementing tailored retention strategies to prevent disengagement and preserve portfolio value
Helping clients increase their order volume and average basket size through actionable recommendations
Acting as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients, coordinating internal team involvement when needed
Providing ongoing client training to ensure they make full use of the
UEAT
platform's features
Handling complaints and compensation requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt follow-up
Providing recommendations to the Product team on key features or initiatives to address client needs
Using a consultative sales approach to recommend complementary
UEAT
services or solutions based on business needs
Completing required documentation promptly and accurately to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3 to 5 years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development with proven results, including at least 1 to 2 years in client relationship management
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of consultative sales processes, tracking, and reporting
Demonstrated experience in developing strategic client relationships
Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess performance and guide strategic direction.
