TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES ESSENTIELLESRepondre aux demandes quotidiennes des clients. Assurer la coordination des activites a l'interne permettant de repondre aux demandes des clients. Revoir et approuver les nouvelles factures des clients tous les mois. Aider a assurer le suivi des debiteurs des clients. Aider a la production de rapports specialises pour les clients. Preparer des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels a l'intention des clients designes. Preparer des estimations trimestrielles pour le financement des dividendes pour certains clients privilegies. Aider a preparer les envois postaux trimestriels pour les clients designes. Assurer la gestion des envois postaux pour l'assemblee generale annuelle et etablir le processus (notification et acces, vote electronique, distribution electronique, rapports sur les procurations, preparation du compte-rendu de l'assemblee). Traiter les liberations, reemissions et corrections de liquidites et d'actions. Veiller a la mise a jour du contenu Web. Remplir et tenir des fiches pour les clients designes. Assurer la gestion des rachats, conversions et echanges habituels. S'assurer du respect des politiques, des procedures et des exigences reglementaires. Executer d'autres taches assignees.

EXIGENCES LIEES AU POSTE :Diplome d'etudes collegiales ou universitaires ou experience equivalente, de preference en administration des affaires De une a trois annees d'experience dans un role similaire Bilinguisme (francais, anglais) Deux annees d'experience, au minimum, au sein du secteur des transferts de titres, et connaissance approfondie des operations Connaissance des suites Microsoft Office et Google Reussite du cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilieres au Canada (CCVM), un atout
