Le Groupe Alimentaire MTY est a la recherche d'un Gestionnaire Adjoint de la Comptabilite, Franchise & Corporate, qui relevera du Directeur de la Comptabilite - Franchise & Corporate.

RESPONSABILITES:

Supervision d'une petite equipe, y compris la verification de leurs rapprochements mensuels de bilan (par exemple, creances et dettes a payer, actifs lies aux projets de construction, etc.) et l'analyse du compte de resultat des marques a travers le Canada. Exercer une pensee critique renforcant la precision de nos informations financieres. Fournir des experiences de gestion et de coaching significatives aux membres de l'equipe permettant leur croissance continue au sein de l'entreprise. Maintenir la direction informee des problemes cles et de leurs solutions. Preparation des ecritures de journal transactionnelles de fin de mois. Preparation mensuelle des rapprochements et analyses de diverses sections transactionnelles du bilan (par exemple, dettes a long terme, actifs/dettes derives, etc.) et analyse du compte de resultat des marques assignees et des operations de franchise au Canada. Devenir des partenaires financiers pour notre equipe operationnelle en les soutenant dans leurs diverses demandes d'informations financieres. Devenir collaboratif et solidaire avec d'autres equipes financieres dans un environnement en constante evolution. Soutien aux exigences de controle mensuelles et trimestrielles liees a la production de rapports financiers. Participation a la preparation des etats financiers annuels non consolides. Soutien a MTY dans leur mise en oeuvre continue du systeme ERP S4Hana de SAP. Projets ad hoc

PROFIL :

? Education : Baccalaureat, la designation CPA est un atout

? Experience professionnelle : Plus de 7 ans d'experience pertinente, une experience prealable en gestion d'equipe est un atout

? Bilingue - francais et anglais

? Competences informatiques avancees en Excel indispensables, avec une connaissance de Power Query et de la creation de macros consideree comme un atout

? Capacite a manipuler de grandes quantites de donnees et a compiler des rapports detailles

? Connaissance de SAGE 300 et SAP S4Hana est un atout

? Solides competences analytiques et en resolution de problemes

? Personnalite adaptable, resiliente, flexible, capable de travailler dans un environnement rapide avec un bon sens de l'urgence et une grande capacite a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement

? Excellentes competences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en presentation, avec la capacite de rediger de maniere concise et coherente.

ASSISTANT MANAGER OF ACCOUNTING - Franchising and Corporate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Supervision of a small team including the review of their monthly balance sheet reconciliations (eg. accrued receivable and liabilities, construction project type assets etc) and income statement analysis of brands across Canada

? Exercise critical thinking that strengthens the accuracy of our financial information

? Provide meaningful management and coaching experiences to team members that allows for their continued growth within the company

? Look for opportunities and be able to automate of our day-to-day task to increase productivity and efficiency

? Keep management up to date with key issues and their resolutions

? Month end transactional journal entry preparation

? Preparation of monthly reconciliation and analysis of various balance sheet transactional sections (eg. long term debt, derivative assets / liabilities etc) and P&L analysis of assigned brands and Canadian franchising operations

? Become financial partners to our operations team by supporting them in their various requests on financial information

? Become collaborative and supportive with other finance teams in a continuously changing environment

? Supporting monthly & quarterly control requirements related to financial reporting

? Preparation of technical accounting position papers to support certain accounting treatment made by the company

? Participate in the preparation of annual non-consolidated financial statements

? Support MTY in their ongoing implementation of SAP's S4Hana ERP

? Ad hoc projects

PROFILE:

? Education: Bachelors' degree with CPA designation an asset

? Work Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience, with prior people management experience an asset

? Bilingual-French and English

? Advanced computer skills in excel is a must, with knowledge of power query and creation of macros an asset

? Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports

? Knowledge of SAGE 300 and SAP S4Hana an asset

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

? Adaptable, resilient, flexible, fast-paced/sense of urgency, and a high level of multitasking ability.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to write concisely and cohesively.
