- Motivated German Speaker providing professional customer service
- Paying attention to customers requests while following provided policies
- Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Will be required to attened 7 weeks of traning in Toronto, ON
- After Traning you woudl then be workign from home

World Class Traning
The training for this position consists of 4 weeks in class training, followed by 3 weeks of hands on telecoaching all in Toronto, ON.
Requirements
What do we look for in a Canadate?
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English and German
- Solid understanding of computer systems and software
- Take pride in conducting excellent interactions with colleagues and customers
- Able to work rotating shifts, including early evenings, weekends, and some statutory holidays
- Willing to take part in 4 weeks of training & 3 weeks of telecoaching in Toronto, ON
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Minimum high school diploma
