We are hiring for a Customer Service Consultant
Role Description:
Congdon's is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. Your areas of focus will include Ostomy, Incontinence, Wound care, Walkers, and Independent Living Aids. You will work closely with our team and clients. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals by providing them with the necessary supplies and support.
You must have:
3+ years of Healthcare experience. (Nursing, Homecare, Medical/Dental etc.)
Ostomy, Incontinence, and Wound care knowledge is an asset.
AADL Program Knowledge is an asset.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You must be:
Self confident, friendly, and compassionate.
Mature, patient and professional.
Dependable and have a strong work ethic.
Organized and self motivated.
Consistent and pay attention to detail.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation based on experience.
