Akelius recherche un g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raliste en ressources humaines adaptable et tr\xc3\xa8s organis\xc3\xa9 pour rejoindre l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.

Sous la supervision du gestionnaire des ressources humaines, vous effectuerez une grande vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de t\xc3\xa2ches de bureau, techniques, administratives et de soutien au d\xc3\xa9partement des ressources humaines.

Le candidat id\xc3\xa9al aime collaborer avec d\'autres d\xc3\xa9partements sur des projets et peut \xc3\xaatre polyvalent dans un environnement en \xc3\xa9volution rapide.

  • contribuer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9solution des toutes les questions internes et externes li\xc3\xa9es aux RH
  • s\'assurer de la coh\xc3\xa9rence et de la conformit\xc3\xa9 des dossiers du personnel
  • faciliter l\'accueil, l\'orientation et la formation des nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9s ainsi que le processus de d\xc3\xa9part des employ\xc3\xa9s
  • participer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration de consignes et de proc\xc3\xa9dures
  • recommander des strat\xc3\xa9gies pour l\'engagement des employ\xc3\xa9s
  • coordonner les plans de d\xc3\xa9veloppement des employ\xc3\xa9s et la gestion des performances
  • se maintenir inform\xc3\xa9 des derni\xc3\xa8res tendances et des meilleures pratiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de RH
  • veiller \xc3\xa0 la conformit\xc3\xa9 juridique et aux exigences l\xc3\xa9gales locales applicables aux ressources humaines
  • effectuer des recherches sur les pratiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et sugg\xc3\xa9rer des am\xc3\xa9liorations ou des modifications aux politiques existantes
  • participer au processus de recrutement en identifiant les candidats, en v\xc3\xa9rifiant les r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rences et en \xc3\xa9laborant les contrats de travail
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration de rapports et de m\xc3\xa9triques RH, selon les besoins
  • traduire des documents de l\'anglais au fran\xc3\xa7ais, selon les besoins
  • mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les bases de donn\xc3\xa9es RH (nouvelles embauches, d\xc3\xa9parts, postes vacants et cong\xc3\xa9s de maladie)
  • maintenir les dossiers des employ\xc3\xa9s
  • pr\xc3\xa9parer la documentation relative aux politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures des RH
  • traiter les demandes des employ\xc3\xa9s et fournir les informations pertinentes
  • pr\xc3\xa9parer des rapports et des pr\xc3\xa9sentations pour les communications internes
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la planification des activit\xc3\xa9s au sein du d\xc3\xa9partement des ressources humaines, en collaboration avec le gestionnaire des RH

  • baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles, en affaires ou dans un domaine pertinent
  • plus de deux ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle dans l\'administration et les ressources humaines
  • exp\xc3\xa9rience en administration des avantages sociaux et en gestion de la r\xc3\xa9mun\xc3\xa9ration et/ou de la paie est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout
  • exp\xc3\xa9rience en RH et/ou exp\xc3\xa9rience juridique
  • capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 s\'adapter \xc3\xa0 un environnement en \xc3\xa9volution et \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer de multiples priorit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 fort volume de travail

Akelius is seeking an adaptable and highly organized Human Resources Generalist to join the team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager,
the Generalist supports the team by contributing to a variety of key HR functions.

These functions include but are not limited to
benefits and compensation, reporting, and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating across departments on projects and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
  • ensure personnel files are consistent and compliant
  • facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training of new staff
as well as employee offboarding
  • participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • recommend strategies for employee engagement
  • coordinate employee development plans and performance management
  • stay abreast of latest HR trends and best practices
  • ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local law requirements
  • research health and safety practices and suggest improvements or modifications to existing policies
  • assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
  • create documents, spreadsheets, and support with HR reporting and metrics as required
  • translate team and training documents between English and French as needed
  • update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, promotions, vacation, and sick leaves)
  • maintain employee records
  • process employee requests and provide relevant information
  • prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • assist in planning activities within the human resources department in conjunction with HR Manager
  • partner with HR team members on ad hoc projects and daily tasks
  • perform other duties as assigned
who you are
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field
  • two plus years\xe2\x80\x99 of work experience in administration and Human Resources
  • bilingual, speak and write both English and French
  • benefits administration and compensation management and/or payroll experience is considered an asset
  • HR experience and/or legal experiences
  • ability to adapt to an evolving environment and handle multiple high-volume priorities
  • proficiency in MS office excel
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • ability to anticipate potential issues and work to resolve them
  • ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • ability to work well independently with limited supervision
