Job Description
General Commitments -
This role is working outdoors during daytime hours in winter conditions. No overnight shifts. Helping GreenCo's commercial clients with support at their facilities during the week + other duties as assigned The selected applicant must be able to commit to being on-call and available for snowfall responses every second weekend Dress Code - The selected applicant is expected to always be dressed in professional, appropriate winter clothing at all times. Darker colours are also encouraged. Sweatpants are not permitted.
Other duties as assigned and trained, such as litter pickup, etc
Estimated Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 6am to 1pm Every Other Weekend - On-Call for snowfall responses
Required Character & Personality Traits
Punctual, consistently on-time for work Hard working with a can-do attitude Solutions oriented, focussed on the getting the job done Polite, kind and enjoyable to work with Must be able to be trusted to work alone at times Must speak and write fluent english
Estimated Wages:
Depending on experience and performance, wages are likely to start at $18-20/hr with regular raises up to $23/hr+ based on clearly defined performance standards within the first year.
