Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various physical tasks across our job sites, supporting project operations, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all activities. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Please note that we work a 40 hour work week, Monday to Thursday and have every Friday off.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials Assist with site cleanup and waste disposal to ensure a tidy work environment Demolition of sites as required

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines at all times Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required Must be at least 18 years old or older Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) frequently throughout the day Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks Valid driver's license

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
