Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

General Renovation Technician

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction or carpentry who takes pride in precision workmanship and wants to be part of creating unique, one-of-a-kind projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare site properly which includes but not limited to, setting up site for dust and debris control and managing tool staging area. Conduct demolition and clean-up as required. Assist in the construction, renovation, and finishing of residential and commercial wine cellars. Perform general carpentry including framing, drywall, flooring, and trim work. Support installation of wine racking systems, cabinetry, and decorative finishes. Work alongside licensed trades in the setup of cooling and climate-control systems. Conduct site preparation, demolition, and clean-up as required. Assist with repairs and maintenance of existing wine cellar installations. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards for luxury projects.

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience in general and similar construction, renovation, or finish carpentry. Strong skills with hand tools, power tools, and construction materials. Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing considered an asset. Attention to detail and commitment to fine craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be eligible to work in Canada.
