Position Overview

As a Renovation Technician, you'll be hands-on at job sites--leading or assisting with day-to-day tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and contributing to the timely completion of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Work on-site daily to perform a wide range of renovation tasks, including: Hardwood staircase and flooring installation Carpentry, framing, and drywall Baseboard, trim, and finish work Demolition and site preparation Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and up to quality standards Read and follow project plans, scopes of work, and schedules Coordinate with site leads, suppliers, and clients as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site Communicate effectively with team members and clients Solve on-site issues and adapt to changing project needs

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on renovation or construction experience Strong skills in flooring, carpentry, and finishing Ability to read and interpret construction plans and follow instructions Excellent attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Able to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

From $52,456.44 per year (based on $25/hour, 40 hrs/week)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
