Job Description
Our bustling office looking for the right person to manage our team members as well as oversee office needs. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing people and have operational experience, while taking accountability for reaching targets. Our ideal candidate combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES As our Office Manager, you should lead by example, prioritizing our people, and patients.
- Maintain facilities and equipment including IT support
- Responsible for appearance and functionality of the office
- Support Marketing and Promotional initiatives
- Business correspondence and reporting (Lease, insurance, Benefits plan, banking, suppliers, utilities etc.)
- Renew Annual digital certificates, fee guide
- Partner with the Accounting Department on payroll data and distribution
- Daily Bank Deposits
- Support Departments
- Assist in evaluating clinic and individual performances
- Identify hiring needs, select and develop training plan with clinic for new employees
- Set supply and staffing budget
- Experience in office maintenance and support;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- A patient and friendly personality;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong Organizational skills;

- Day shift
We follow all Health and Safety regulations as well as IPAC, OPH and governing bodies. Work Location: In person
