Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims in accordance with
GM warranty policies and guidelines
Track, reconcile, and follow up on all submitted claims to ensure prompt payment
Maintain organized and accurate warranty records for auditing and reporting purposes
Work closely with service, parts, and accounting departments to validate claims and documentation
Resolve rejected or returned claims by identifying and correcting errors
Stay current on GM warranty updates, processes, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of GM warranty processing experience is required
Familiarity with dealership management systems (experience with CDK is a strong asset)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
