We are seeking a

General Manager

to join our team.

We are looking for a leader who is hands-on, fully engaged and will provide a rewarding environment for our employees and our guests. Must have Min 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:



Leading, planning, organizing, and directing of hotel services, including front desk, meetings/banquet/food/beverage, sales, housekeeping, maintenance and accounting Ensuring excellent customer service to all guests and overseeing all aspects of guest service to ensure superior guest satisfaction Ensure quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel as it relates to appearance, maintenance and cleanliness Maximize room revenue by anticipating and planning for market shifts and develop and monitor strategic marketing and sales initiatives Maintain Team Member motivation, training and development and compliance with policies, procedures and labor regulations Pricing strategy & set up for each room type and Restriction as needed, control pricing on RMS basis Maintain and track account payable and email invoice and statement once 15 days for outstanding Maximizing profitability through revenues and cost and labour control by overseeing revenues and expenses and working within budgets Participating in sales and revenue strategies Assisting in the development of the annual budget, business and marketing plans in order to implement and monitor such plans and participate in local and regional sales and marketing efforts Developing and maintaining business through rapport and connection with the local community Perform Front desk duty when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $57,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
