Goals and Objectives

Gain alignment with Regional Director on store specific goals and objectives for fiscal year
Responsible for the financial success of the store, ensure it is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
Ensure teams drive best-in-class employee engagement and net promoter scores
Consistently meet and exceed sales plans
Maximize sales and profitability by soliciting, identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth
Effectively manage budgets and cost centres, driving positive Store Profitability
Hold team accountable for operational excellence
Inspire a visual experience that consistently aligns with the Indigo brand standards
Ensure leadership and store staff schedules are fully optimized to drive sales and productivity
Actively engage in community-based marketing and events to grow sales and strengthen community ties
Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

5+ years of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
5+ years of experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environments
Experience leading leaders
Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
