Core Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations across logistics, procurement, production, and planning.
Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
Drive accountability, performance, and professional development within the operations team.
Implement process improvements and lead change initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
Oversee project timelines, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
Monitor operational KPIs and leverage data for continuous improvement.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement and logistics.
Ensure seamless coordination between production, warehouse, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable operational improvements
Strong financial and strategic planning acumen
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working in a high-growth, hands-on environment
Proficient in operational KPIs, systems implementation, and continuous improvement methodologies

Pay: $145,650.00-$221,550.00 per year
