Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent General Manager to work full-time hours for our client, Mcdonald's, located in Kenora, ON.

As part of the Mcdonald's team, you will have the opportunity to earn and learn, flexibility, and a safe and inclusive work environment. Your role will be to inspire a team, instill a sense of pride, create a culture that helps deliver the world's best Quick Service Restaurant experience, and manage a team of Managers and Crew members while building Sales and Profits. While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

• Pay rate: According to experience + monthly bonus (could add an extra 10k per year).
• Location: Kenora, ON
• Shifts: Open availability for all shifts (1 weekend off a month guaranteed)

• Managing and leading a team of Managers and Crew members

• Overseeing all positions in the restaurant
