  • Oversee budget management and operational standards.

Managing Beverage and Food Operations
  • Monitor inventory and reduce waste.
  • Build vendor relationships.
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness.
  • Conduct compliance audits.
  • Provide technology troubleshooting.
Managing and Sustaining Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Develop marketing strategies.
  • Identify local partnerships.
  • Utilize social media for promotion.
  • Implement sales strategies.
Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
  • Recruit, hire, and train associates.
  • Facilitate cross-training.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Support HR transactions.
Managing Profitability
  • Control controllable costs.
  • Analyze property performance.
  • Update profit forecasts.
  • Review invoices.
Maintaining Revenue Management Goals
  • Coordinate with revenue management office.
  • Analyze revenue management reports.
  • Drive same-day sellouts.
Managing Relationships with Property Stakeholders
  • Communicate property performance.
  • Prepare and present reports.
  • Conduct property critiques.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence.
  • Participate in conference calls.
  • Provide follow-up information.
  • Prepare for team visits.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in a cross-functional, hotel and hospitality management property, overseeing hotel, food and beverage and operations departments within a high volume environment, as a General Manager, Director of F&B, Rooms Division or other senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to attract, retain and build a large, (100+ employees) high-performing hospitality and operations team.
  • Post-secondary education in Hotel or Hospitality management a strong preference.
