General Manager

who can lead daily operations, grow revenue, and manage our talented team across multiple divisions.

The Role:

As General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the company's performance -- from sales and operations to staffing and financial management. You'll work directly with ownership to drive growth, streamline systems, and keep the company running like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day field and office operations across all service divisions Hire, train, and manage field crews and office staff Review performance metrics (sales, margins, productivity) and take action Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and client retention Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Manage scheduling, job costing, and project profitability Report directly to the company owner with weekly KPIs and improvement plans

Who You Are:

3+ years of management experience (construction, trades, or service industry preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Confident managing budgets, and a good understanding of accounting Highly organized and solutions-oriented Bilingual (English/French) is required Valid driver's license required

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$70,000-$90,000/year (depending on experience)

Performance Bonus:

5-10% of yearly profit above target
Growth opportunity into COO or equity partnership

pour diriger nos operations quotidiennes, gerer l'equipe et stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise.

Responsabilites principales :

Gerer les operations quotidiennes de toutes les divisions Embaucher, former et encadrer le personnel de bureau et les equipes terrain Suivre les indicateurs de performance (ventes, marges, productivite) Developper des strategies de croissance et fideliser les clients S'assurer du respect des normes de sante et securite Gerer les horaires, budgets et rentabilite des projets Rapporter directement au proprietaire chaque semaine avec les KPIs

Profil recherche :

Minimum 3 ans d'experience en gestion (construction, entretien ou services) Excellent leadership et communication Habilete a gerer des budgets et a optimiser la rentabilite Organise, proactif et oriente vers les resultats Bilingue (francais/anglais) un atout Permis de conduire valide obligatoire

Remuneration et avantages :

Salaire : 70 000 $ - 90 000 $ / annee (dependent de l'experience)
Bonis de performance : 5-10 % des profits au-dessus des cibles
Possibilite d'evolution vers un poste de COO ou partenariat
