Nous recherchons un(e)

Directeur(trice) general(e) adjoint(e)

experimente(e) et operationnel(le), possedant une solide experience en

alimentation et boissons (A&B)

, pour appuyer le directeur general dans la gestion quotidienne des operations hotelieres et garantir les plus hauts standards de service.

Responsabilites principales :



Diriger et superviser l'ensemble des operations A&B, y compris le restaurant, le cafe, le bar, le service aux chambres et les evenements Assurer une experience client exceptionnelle en maintenant des standards de service eleves et une qualite constante dans tous les points de vente Soutenir activement l'execution du menu, le controle des stocks et la coordination avec l'equipe culinaire Effectuer des rondes quotidiennes, des briefings d'equipe et des audits de service pour garantir l'alignement avec les normes de la marque Participer a l'elaboration, la mise en oeuvre et le respect des procedures operationnelles normalisees (SOP), en mettant l'accent sur les systemes et standards du departement A&B Offrir un soutien aux equipes de la reception et des autres departements operationnels au besoin Surveiller les commentaires clients (SALT, avis, en personne) et mettre en oeuvre les actions correctives necessaires Participer a la formation, l'integration, la planification des horaires et les evaluations de performance des employes Assurer le role de directeur(trice) de garde en l'absence du directeur general Appuyer la planification operationnelle, la budgetisation et le suivi financier lies aux performances du departement A&B

Qualifications :



Minimum de 3 a 5 ans d'experience en gestion hoteliere, avec une expertise confirmee en direction A&B Capacite demontree a diriger des equipes performantes et a offrir un service axe sur le client Solide comprehension de la gestion des stocks, des normes de sante et securite, et des processus operationnels Experience avec les systemes Hilton (PEP, OnQ, HotSOS, Micros) est un atout Bilinguisme francais/anglais fortement prefere Excellentes competences en communication, en leadership et en organisation Disponibilite a travailler selon un horaire flexible, incluant soirs, fins de semaine et jours feries

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on

Assistant General Manager

with a strong background in

Food & Beverage operations

to support the General Manager in leading daily hotel operations and upholding the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and oversee all food & beverage operations, including restaurant, cafe, bar, in-room dining, and banquet service Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, product quality, and consistency across all F&B outlets Actively support menu execution, inventory control, and coordination with the culinary team Manage daily walkthroughs, staff briefings, and service delivery audits to ensure brand alignment and operational excellence Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments, with a strong focus on F&B systems and service standards Provide leadership and support to front desk and other operational areas as needed Monitor guest feedback (SALT, reviews, in-person) and implement service recovery when required Assist with team training, scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations Serve as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager Support operational planning, budgeting, and financial tracking related to F&B performance

Qualifications:



Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with a strong foundation in food & beverage leadership Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and deliver consistent, guest-focused service Solid understanding of inventory management, health & safety regulations, and service workflows Experience working with Hilton systems (PEP, OnQ, HotSOS, Micros) is a strong asset Bilingual in French and English preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
