Master Mechanic is hiring a General Manager with licenced (310-S) automotive Technician for our brand new location opening in Prince Albert, SK . Master Mechanic provides full-service automotive repair and maintenance and has been proudly servicing local communities since 1982. Our licensed technicians take great pride in delivering exceptional service based on integrity, trust, reliability & professionalism. Master Mechanic has 48 locations across southern Ontario and is a trusted brand in the automotive repair industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and drive the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for excellence. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing staff, and implementing company policies to achieve business objectives.

Duties

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and profitability. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners. Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth. Keep track of inventory, order and shipment Billing and invoices

Experience

Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S or equivalent Red Seal) 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician (management experience an asset) Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Proven experience in a managerial role within the industry is preferred. Strong understanding of business operations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
