We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
General Manager
to lead daily operations across our automotive service departments, including
Vehicle Detailing, Windshield Replacements, Custom Painting/Spraying, and Vehicle Accessories
.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all service areas to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship
Manage and mentor a team of technicians, installers, and front-office staff
Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and job assignments to meet deadlines
Maintain high standards for customer service and handle escalations professionally
Ensure safety protocols, shop cleanliness, and compliance with industry standards
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
Drive sales growth through service improvements, upselling, and customer retention
Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and report to ownership
Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and service quality
Qualifications
3+ years of management experience in automotive services or a related industry
Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas: detailing, auto glass, painting/spraying, accessories installation
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage operations in a busy shop environment
Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor
Valid driver's license
