We are seeking a motivated and experienced

General Maintenance Worker

to perform a variety of property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine repairs (e.g., drywall patching, painting, door repairs, light plumbing/electrical) Conduct inspections and identify issues needing repair Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at worksites Complete tenant work orders and turnover tasks on time Assist with renovation prep and finish work Communicate effectively with clients, team leads, and supervisors Drive to job sites around Greater Victoria

Qualifications

Proven experience in general property maintenance or a skilled trade Valid BC Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong problem-solving and time management skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces Basic hand and power tools required (tool allowance available) Strong Problem solving skills independent working skills

Nice to Have

WHMIS, Fall Protection, or First Aid certification Experience working with property management or strata companies
