Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/General Maintenance worker to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of property maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in grounds keeping, general maintenance and landscape upkeep

Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and care of the properties' outdoor areas Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs Perform daily grounds keeping and maintenance on outdoor areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor areas Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for property maintenance tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management

Experience

No experience required !!! But experience in grounds keeping or general maintenance is a plus Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
